Transcaspian Urial

The Transcaspian Urial is a large,, bright-colored wild sheep native to the mountainous regions of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Iran. Prized by hunters, these animals are known for their massive, wide-flaring horns, long white neck ruff, and a white bib, reaching weights of up to 200 pounds. They are highly agile herbivores that live around 14 years in the wild.
